IN THE TOWN OF ILMINSTER AND ITS NEIGHBOURING PARTS OF SOMERSET, DORSET AND DEVON ('THE AREA OF BENEFIT') TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE STUDYING APPRECIATION OF THE VISUAL AND PERFORMIMG ARTS BY THE PROVISION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF EXHIBITIONS, DISPLAYS, WORKSHOPS, CLASSES, CONCERTS, PLAYS AND ENTERTAINMENT'S AND IN ALL OTHER MEANS WHICH IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES FURTHER THE SAID OBJECTS.
