(1) TO ADVANCE THE ORTHODOX JEWISH RELIGION PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING A RITUAL POOL OR POOLS FOR IMMERSION FOR RELIGIOUS PURPOSES (THEREINAFTER CALLED "MIKVEH / MIKVAOS") FOR MEMBERS OF THE JEWISH FAITH AND IN PARTICULAR BY MANAGING AND MAINTAINING ONE OR MORE MIKVAOS IN THE NORTH LONDON AREA; AND
(2) TO ADVANCE ORTHODOX JEWISH RELIGIOUS EDUCATION.
