3) THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE AND/OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF: 3.1) CHILDCARE AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY, IN PARTICULAR (WITHOUT LIMITATION) CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS; AND 3.2) FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS, IN PARTICULAR (WITHOUT LIMITATION) CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
