B) TO PROVIDE A COLLEGE WHEREIN MEMBERS OF THE UNIVERSITY MAY WORK FOR DEGREES IN THE UNIVERSITY OR MAY CARRY OUT POSTGRADUATE OR OTHER SPECIAL STUDIES AT CAMBRIDGE.
