Charitable objects
3.1 THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE:
(A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND OF SCIENCE, IN PARTICULAR BY SUPPORTING
CAMBRIDGE IN AMERICA AND THE UNIVERSITY OF CAMBRIDGE IN SUCH WAYS AND SUCH
MANNER AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE; AND
(B) SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES OF THE CHARITY MAY IN
THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
3.2 THIS CLAUSE MAY NOT BE AMENDED WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE CHARITY
COMMISSION.
