THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE TO ASSIST, PROMOTE, ENCOURAGE AND SECURE THE REGENERATION OF ALL ASPECTS OF THE CITY OF KINGSTON UPON HULL, THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE, NORTH AND NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE (THE AREA) FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS COMMUNITY BY ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CHARITABLE MEANS: A) THE CONSERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT VIA THE PROMOTION OF RECYCLING AND OTHER WASTE MANAGEMENT ISSUES. B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC PARTICULARLY YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH SCHOOLS IN THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT. C) THE PROMOTION OF HEALTHY LIFESTYLES AND THE PROVISION OF ADVICE ON THE SAME.
