B. TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME
ACTIVITIES INVOLVING PERFORMING ARTS, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT
THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
