THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT FOR THE SOUTH WEST OF ENGLAND ("AREA OF BENEFIT") FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES: 3.1.1 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE APPRECIATION, KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING AND ENJOYMENT OF LITERATURE; AND/OR 3.1.2 SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT CONSISTENT WITH THE ABOVE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE
