1. TO FURTHER THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN THE FORMER ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ULEY PRIOR TO THE CREATION OF A UNITED BENEFICE ("THE UNITED BENEFICE") BY A PASTORAL SCHEME DATED THE SEVENTH DAY OF OCTOBER 2005 ("THE PASTORAL SCHEME")
2. FOR SUCH ECCLESIASTICAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE CENTRAL BOARD OF FINANCE OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND OR ITS SUCCESSOR ("THE BOARD") SHALL IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DECIDE.
