TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION, FURTHER EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR EMPLOYMENT OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR OF PALESTINIAN WOMEN AGED 18 OR OVER, WHO LIVE IN THE OCCUPIED TERRITORIES (GAZA STRIP AND THE WEST BANK) AND WHO ARE IN FINANCIAL NEED.
