THE PROMOTION OF GOOD HEALTH, RELIEF OF SICKNESS, POVERTY AND DISTRESS AND ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF SPANISH AND PORTUGUESE SPEAKING COMMUNITIES IN THE UK, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: A) A CONFIDENTIAL TELEPHONE HELPLINE, PROVIDING COUNSELLING AND ADVICE ON ISSUES INCLUDING LEGAL MATTERS, IMMIGRATION, ISOLATION, ALIENATION, EXPLOITATION, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND UNEMPLOYMENT; B) FACE TO FACE COUNSELLING; C) PARENTING COURSES; AND D) CRISES PROGRAMMES INCLUDING THE GRIEVING PROCESS, COPING DURING SEPARATION, LEARNING TO LIVE WITH CHRONIC ILLNESS, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, PREVENTION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND COURSES TO TACKLE SOCIAL ISOLATION. 2.
