Phone line operation which is available to help people who are experiencing emotional crisis by providing them supportive intervention: face to face,workshops,courses in order to help people to overcome isolation, low self-esteem, depression, stress and family problems and young people whose mother tongue is Spanish and Portuguese. And also the integration and relations among the communities.

Charitable objects
1. THE PROMOTION OF GOOD HEALTH, RELIEF OF SICKNESS, POVERTY AND DISTRESS AND ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF SPANISH AND PORTUGUESE SPEAKING COMMUNITIES IN THE UK, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: A) A CONFIDENTIAL TELEPHONE HELPLINE, PROVIDING COUNSELLING AND ADVICE ON ISSUES INCLUDING LEGAL MATTERS, IMMIGRATION, ISOLATION, ALIENATION, EXPLOITATION, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND UNEMPLOYMENT; B) FACE TO FACE COUNSELLING; C) PARENTING COURSES; AND D) CRISES PROGRAMMES INCLUDING THE GRIEVING PROCESS, COPING DURING SEPARATION, LEARNING TO LIVE WITH CHRONIC ILLNESS, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, PREVENTION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND COURSES TO TACKLE SOCIAL ISOLATION. 2. TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY WORKING WITH PEOPLE FROM THE SPANISH AND PORTUGUESE SPEAKING COMMUNITIES IN THE UK WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE GROUNDS OF THEIR ETHNIC ORIGIN, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PEOPLE AND ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY. 3. TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH: A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; AND B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
