Charitable objects
3.1 SUBJECT TO ARTICLE 3.2, THE CHARITY'S PRIMARY OBJECT (OBJECT) SHALL BE THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT.
3.2 IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS OBJECT THE CHARITY SHALL HAVE NO POWER TO DO OR OMIT TO DO ANYTHING WHICH WOULD RESULT IN THE CHARITY FAILING TO BE A CHARITY AS DEFINED IN SECTION 506 OF THE INCOME AND CORPORATION TAXES ACT 1988 (OR ANY STATUTORY MODIFICATION OR RE ENACTMENT THEREOF FOR THE TIME BEING IN FORCE).
