OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AS THE TRUSTEES
MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE (THE "OBJECTS").
6.2 THIS PROVISION MAY BE AMENDED BY SPECIAL RESOLUTION BUT ONLY WITH THE
PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE COMMISSION.
