THE RELIEF OF PERSONS IN EAST AFRICA WHO ARE SUFFERING HARDSHIP AS A RESULT OF DROUGHT, EARTHQUAKE, FLOOD OR OTHER NATURAL DISASTER OR WHO BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CONDITIONS ARE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH.
