(B) PROVIDING PERSONAL SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS. (C) ADVANCING EDUCATION VIA WORK EXPERIENCE, ON-THE-JOB TRAINING, AND TRAINING FROM EXTERNAL ORGANISATIONS. (D) RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT.
