(A) TO PROVIDE HIGHER EDUCATION;
(B) PROVIDE FURTHER EDUCATION;
(C) TO CARRY OUT RESEARCH AND TO PUBLISH THE RESULTS OF THE RESEARCH OR ANY OTHER MATERIAL ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH IT IN SUCH MANNER AS THE CORPORATION THINK FIT;
(D) TO DO ANYTHING WHICH APPEARS TO BE NECESSARY OR EXPEDIENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE EXERCISE OF ANY OF THE POWERS CONFERRED ON IT BY SUBSECTIONS 124 (1) AND (2) OF THE 1988 ACT,
