Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF CHORAL MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS BY TEACHING MUSICAL WORKS AND THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CHORAL CONCERTS; AND FOR THE GERENAL PURPOSES OF SUCH CHARITABLE BODIES OR FOR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AS THE CHARITY MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
