(1) MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES WITH A PARTICULAR PREFERENCE FOR THE PERFORMING
ARTS, AND
(2) OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF
IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.
