Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTIVES: I)TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE POOR, THE UNDERPRIVILEGED AND PEOPLE IN NEED IN THE UK AND PAKISTAN, BY MEANS OF, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES, SUCH AS COMMUNITY LEARNING PROGRAMMES, LITERACY AND NUMERACY CLASSES, TUITION CLASSES AND SCHOLARSHIPS, AND THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES, SUCH AS TRAINING CENTRES; II)TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND TO PRESERVE GOOD HEALTH AMONG THE POOR,UNDERPRIVILEGED AND PEOPLE IN NEED IN THE UK AND PAKISTAN, BY MEANS OF, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THE PROVISION OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF SERVICES, FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT, CLINICS, MEDICINES OR GRANTS FOR MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT, OR HEALTH EDUCATION; III)TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG THE POOR, THE UNDERPRIVILEGED, VICTIMS OF NATURAL AND MAN-MADE DISASTERS AND PEOPLE IN NEED IN THE UK AND PAKISTAN, BY MEANS OF, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, MAKING GRANTS OR LOANS FOR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, EQUIPMENT, SERVICES AND FACILITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SAID PERSONS; IV)THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT AND PROVISION OF BUSINESS ADVICE; V)TO DEVELOP THE SKILLS AND CAPACITY OF MEMBERS OF THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITY OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND HELP MEET THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY; VI)TO PROMOTE ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC THAT THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME MAY DETERMINE.
