TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONGST OLDER PEOPLE AND THEIR CARERS IN RURAL WEST CHESHIRE WHO ARE, OR COULD BE, SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF THEIR AGE OR CIRCUMSTANCES. 2. TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF OLDER PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED AND THEIR CARERS IN SUCH WAYS AS THE DIRECTORS THINK FIT.
