TO ACQUIRE LAND AND BUILDINGS IN AND IN THE VICINITY OF DURHAM, AND TO CONSERVE THE NATURAL FEATURES AND TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH LAND AND BUILDINGS CONSONANT WITH THE OBJECTS OF THE TRUST.
