IOL provides a wide range of CPD in the form of conferences, workshops, mentoring and publications for outdoor learning practitioners. IOL providers forums to develop and disseminate good practice in a wide range of disciplines within outdoor learning. IOL publishes a practitioner journal authored by practitioners (Horizons) and a separate research journal (JAEOL)
