THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS THE ADVANCEMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE ASSOCIATED WITH THE HORSE RACING AND THOROUGHBRED BREEDING INDUSTRY OR WITH EQUINE WELFARE, IN EACH CASE BY MAKING GRANTS FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES.
