TO RELIEVE PERSONS WITHIN THE ECCLESIASTICAL BOUNDARY OF THE PARISHES OF THE BURNHAM AND DISTRICT CHURCHES TOGETHER WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
