THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR ANY PURPOSE WHICH IS REGARDED AS EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
