ALSO THE PROVISION OF REHABILITATION SERVICES FOR RETIRED POLICE OFFICERS AND (SAVE FOR PURPOSES INCIDENTAL AND ANCILLARY TO THESE OBJECTS) NO OTHER PURPOSES.
