THE TRUSTEES SHALL STAND POSSESSED OF ALL SUCH INVESTMENTS AND THE INVESTMENTS FOR THE TIME BEING REPRESENTING THE SAME(HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE TRUST FUND") AND THE INCOME THEREOF UPON TRUST TO PAY THE CAPITAL AND /OR THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND TO SUCH CHARITIES OR FOR SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS IN SUCH MANNER AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE AND UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION DETERMINE.
