C) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL NEED AND SUFFERING AMONG VICTIMS OF NATURAL OR OTHER KINDS OF DISASTER IN THE UK AND AFGHANISTAN, IN THE FORM OF PROVISION OF MEDICAL AID
