The PCC is concerned with the promotion of the Christian Church of England in Brightlingsea in its many evangelical and social aspects, considering and discussing subjects of religious or public interest. The PCC is also charged with overseeing the budget and raising funds not only for special projects but also for the day to day running of the Church and to maintain its inherited foundation.
