1.1.1 PROVIDING GRANTS TO SCHOOLS;
1.1.2 PROVIDING STRATEGIC SUPPORT AND GOVERNANCE TO SCHOOLS; AND
1.1.3 PROVIDING FACILITIES, RESOURCES OR SERVICES TO SCHOOLS.
