THE PROMOTION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE RESIDING IN AND AROUND THE CITY OF YORK BY ANY MEANS DEEMED CHARITABLE WITHIN THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE AND IN PARTICULAR BY THE AWARD OF GRANTS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ORGANISATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS.
