Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE ALL SUCH OBJECTS AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE CIO FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT 2011.
