THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO PROMOTE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE CROWN BY ANY EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE MEANS AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO SUPPORT FOR THE RESERVES AND CADETS OF THE ARMY, ROYAL NAVY AND ROYAL AIR FORCE.
