Charitable objects

1. TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED PEOPLE, PRIMARILY RESIDENT IN AND AROUND THE BOROUGHS OF BEXLEY, BROMLEY, GREENWICH, LAMBETH, LEWISHAM AND SOUTHWARK, WHO ARE IN NEED, BY: (I) WORKING WITH HEALTH, STATUTORY AND VOLUNTARY SERVICE PROVIDERS; AND (II) PROVIDING, OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF, ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES CALCULATED TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF ANY PERSON OR ORGANISATION, WHERE THE PROVISION OF SUCH ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES WILL HELP RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED PEOPLE. 2. TO PROMOTE THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS THAT PROVIDE SERVICES AND SUPPORT TO BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED BY THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT OF DIRECT SERVICES TO SUCH ORGANISATIONS.
