THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC REGARDING THE IMPORTANCE OF THE BATTLE OF WORCESTER IN 1651, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH A PROGRAMME OF ACTIVITIES, EVENTS AND CONFERENCES INCLUDING LECTURES AT SCHOOLS, UNIVERSITIES AND TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, THE INSTALLATION OF HISTORICAL PLAQUES AND MONUMENTS AND PUBLISHING BOOKS, PAMPHLETS AND DIGITAL INFORMATION.
