THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PROVIDE AN AFFORDABLE, ACCESSIBLE AND SAFE TRANSPORT SERVICE FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN OR CLOSE TO THE CHILTERN HILLS WHO HAVE MOBILITY PROBLEMS AND HAVE DIFFICULTY TO OR ARE UNABLE TO USE THEIR OWN OR PUBLIC TRANSPORT.
