THE OBJECTS OF THE TRUST ARE ANY EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES DIRCTED WHOLLY OR MAINLY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CITY OF LANCASTER (WHAT EVER IT'S AREA FOR THE TIME BEING) OR OF THE IMMEDIATE NEIGHBOURHOOD OR NAY PART OF THE CITY AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR DISCRETION DECIDE SUCH AREA AS MAY FORMALLY HAVE FORMED PART OF THE CITY
