THE INCOME TO BE USED IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WHO ARE RESIDENT IN OR WHO ATTEND OR HAVE ATTENDED ANY SCHOOL IN THE AREA OF THE PARISHES OF CARTINGTON, HEPPLE, HESLEYHURST, ROTHBURY, SNITTER, THROPTON, TOSSON AND THOSE PARTS OF THE PARISHES OF BRINKBURN, HOLLINGHILL AND NETHERTON WITHIN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF ROTHBURY WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CL. 27 OF SCHEME).
