1. THE PROVISION OF RELIEF AND RESPITE TO FAMILIES IN CRISES ARISING FROM POVERTY CONFLICT, HARDSHIP, HOMELESSNESS, ILL HEALTH OR ADDICTIONS;
2. THE RELIEF OF THE NEEDS OF OVERWHELMED AND RESOURCE LIMITED PARENTS AND THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SAFE, TEMPORARY FAMILY STAYS FOR THEIR CHILDREN; AND
3. THE PROTECTION OF THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF CHILDREN.
