MY TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME THEREOF AND SO MUCH OF THE CAPITAL THEREOF AS THEY SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT TO OR IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH OBJECT OR PURPOSE BEING WHOLLY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THEY SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT
AND SEE DECLARATION TO ESTABLISH RULES TO GOVERN THE PELHAM COURT CHARITY DATED 15.04.2015 SIGNED BY THE TRUSTEES.
