THE REPAIRS OF THE HIGHWAYS IN THE PARISH OF MORTON-BY-BOURN. ANY OTHER PUBLIC PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PARISH OF MORTON-BY-BOURN, INCLUDING THE SUPPORT OF ANY CERTIFIELD EFFICIENT PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OF SCHOOLS.
