1.THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR THOSE YOUNG PERSONS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 13 TO 25 YEARS, BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND GUIDANCE UPON QUESTIONS OF HOUSING, SOCIAL WELFARE BENEFITS, HOMELESSNESS, UNEMPLOYMENT AND OTHER RELATED TOPICS. 2.THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE GOOD HEALTH OF YOUNG PERSONS WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN THE VICTIMS OF SEXUAL OR DRUG ABUSES BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND A COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT SERVICE. 3.
