TO PROVIDE, MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE FACILITIES AT MERIDEN ADVENTURE PLAYGROUND FOR CHILDREN RESIDENT IN CHELMSLEY WOOD AND SMITHS WOOD, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SAFE AND STIMULATING PLAY OPPORTUNITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND MENTAL SKILLS.
