THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND POVERTY PRIMARILY AMONGST PEOPLE LIVING IN THE BOROUGH OF STOCKPORT OR SUCH OTHER AREAS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, DISABILITY, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) PROVIDING FOR THOSE WHO ARE BLIND, VISUALLY IMPAIRED, DEAF, HARD OF HEARING OR WITH A COMBINATION OF LOSS OF VISION, HEARING OR SPEECH.
