THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE STUDY PRACTICE AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART OF MUSIC AND THE ALLIED ARTS AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) MUSIC OF THE MEDIEVAL RENAISSANCE AND BAROQUE PERIODS.
