THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED FOR EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE ARTS, CULTURE AND HERITAGE THROUGH THE FURTHERANCE OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ART MUSEUMS OF ISRAEL (THE "MUSEUMS") AND OTHER ARTISTIC OR CULTURAL ORGANISATIONS, BODIES AND INSTITUTIONS OPERATING IN ISRAEL (THE "INSTITUTIONS").
