WELL-BEING (SRI LANKA) invests in projects in the Wanni area of Sri Lanka to prevent and relieve poverty, and to develop skills in local communities. It raises funds through the UK charity and dispatches them to local partners in Sri Lanka to fund projects to construct and upgrade family wells to secure supplies of fresh water for irrigation purposes and to improve health and hygiene.

A) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF HEALTH PARTICULARLY THROUGH THE IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SUPPLIES AND SANITATION IN SRI LANKA B) TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITY OF SRI LANKA IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.
