THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY SUPPORTING THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A MUSEUM IN BLACKPOOL, KNOWN AS THE BLACKPOOL MUSEUM PROJECT, TO PROMOTE THE AWARENESS AND APPRECIATION OF POPULAR CULTURE IN BLACKPOOL AND IN THE UK GENERALLY.
