Charitable objects
SUBJECT TO THE PAYMENT OF THE EXPENSES OF THE AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING OF FEMALE PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENTS IN THE CITY OF NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, OR ARE ATTENDING OR HAVE ATTENDED A SCHOOL IN THE CITY, AND WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
