3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:
3.1.1 TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE, PARTICULARLY YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE, OR HAVE BEEN, IN CARE; AND
3.1.2 TO ADVANCE ANY OTHER PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
